Anne offers clients what she found to be invaluable, a holistic and integrative approach to wellness. She believes in healing the mind, the body and the spirit along the soul's journey. She brings into a session the somatic awareness found with Restorative Yoga and Energy Work. See below for information on each of the different approaches or email Anne with questions.

What does an Integrative Approach session look like? An integrative approach is intuitive and adaptive to your needs. It may be sitting by the water's edge as we discuss a tough life issue. Or being curious about the development of your chakras (energy field) as you were growing. Or it may be bringing Restorative Yoga or movement into an indoor therapy session or deciding next time a Reiki session would be helpful.
