Full refund minus $10 fees for cancelations or rescheduling with more than 24-hour notice. Full refund minus $50 cancelations or rescheduling fee with less than 24-hour notice for counseling or coaching sessions.  No refunds for less than 24-hour notice for Follow-up On-line Sessions.
