Anne takes an integrative approach to mental health and wellbeing through Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH). She focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit of each individual, creating a safe environment to explore and embrace all aspects of yourself, from challenges to joys. Anne views you as a spiritual being having a human experience. Together, Anne will work with you to reconnect you to your Higher Soul Self. The intention is for you to move into become your own self healer and leader, creating the future you desire. It's not easy, you are a courageous being for embarking on this journey. ​​​​
