2011 was my tumultuous year! Several unexpected events left me untethered. Between divorce, death, remodeling business and raising my two young children, I was beyond depleted, I felt hopeless. Handling all the change and responsibilities was not always executed with love and a high vibration. It was overwhelming! Counseling helped me navigate the changes; I also needed a paradigm shift. Intuitively I longed for a spiritual path with alternative and expansive ways to heal. I began with solo outdoor walks and slowly more paths opened. I met people who introduced me to yoga, meditation, and living a mindful life. My spiritual journey began, coming home to my true self. Through this I have learned that life is going to continue to present similar lessons until you pause and learn from the challenge! Returning home to a compassionate heart aligned with your soul self takes daily practice. It is so worth it! By 2015 I found myself rooted, experiencing more and more moments of peace and joy. I embarked on the journey of becoming my own healer and leader, embracing my soul’s higher self. Within the last three years I’ve grown further through Internal Family Systems, Neurolinguistic Programming and Past Life Regression. I only offer my clients what I find beneficial on my own journey. Being a QHHT (intern), Licensed Professional Counselor and Spiritual Life Coaching is a late life vocation. I feel blessed that I am now in a place where I can serve others.
