Anne offers 90-minute $90 sessions in person or online. Everyone experiences periods of emotional imbalance, persistent somatic symptoms, or lingering self-doubt. Anne can help you navigate these challenges and develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-confidence. Anne's goal is for you to become self-empowered.
Anne draws on her experience with IFS, NLP and EMDR to engage the subconscious more deeply than talk therapy alone.
IFS, NLP, and EMDR aim to reshape how the mind and body respond to triggering beliefs, events, and people. Using these reparative approaches, Anne can gently guide you toward the root of your challenge to support lasting healing and insight.
The Initial Session is 90-minutes for $60, on-line. This Initial Session allows for us to meet one another and clearly understand what you are seeking from therapy and what therapeutic approach is best.

Once introduced to Buddhist and Yogic Philosophies along with Energy Healing, Anne's insatiable passion for learning and sharing blosummed.

Session Location
Sessions are offered on-line or in-person depending on the service. The office is in a comfortable home setting located in Shorewood, Wisconsin, just north of Milwaukee.
The office is on the second floor and overlooks the trees, creating a quiet and welcoming space for reflection and healing.
