Guidance to Address the Roadblocks

Anne brings an integrated approach to Spiritual Life Coaching. Through her training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Advanced Conversational Hypnosis (ACH), she will help you overcome your personal roadblocks through the lens of a spiritual being. You will soon develop a compassionate relationship with every part of you, even those resistent roadblock parts; fear, anxiety, depression, sabotaging behaviors and beliefs. Healing will happen on all levels: emotionally, mentally, spiritually and somatically. We will begin to understand the difference between what pain is and what suffering. As the Budda discovered, pain is inevitable as a human, the suffering is optional, it is what we can heal, aligning once more with our core essence of harmony. Accessing your higher soul self may be the most empowering work you will ever do.

Initial Session
In-person at the Office
2-hours, $150

The Initial Session is a 2-hours exploration of your current self and future goals. Together, we will examine key life areas, uncover soul-centered values, and create strategies to align your everyday life with your inner wisdom and higher self. This session lays the foundation for growth and transformation, leaving you with clear intentions to guide your journey forward.

Full Session
In-person, Optional Location
90 minutes $135

Each Full Session offers a dedicated space to address challenges, celebrate progress, and align with your spiritual vision. Incorporating IFS and ACH techniques, Reiki healing, chakra exploration, and restorative yoga, these sessions focus on releasing barriers and fostering harmony across mind, body, and soul. Practices like daily mindfulness movements and meditation will also be incorporated to further empower you as your own healer and guide. Sessions are 90 minutes and are recommended 1-2 times per month for meaningful growth.

Follow-up
On-line Session
30-minutes $45

One Follow-up Online Session is available to provide affordable, ongoing support between In-Person Sessions, helping you stay aligned with your vision, reinforce insights, and sustain progress toward becoming your own healer and leader.
